There were too many options to sort through in trying to plan it ourselves. After two years of debating trips, I contacted Jessica and she had family friendly options in our budget within the day. She adjusted options based on feedback. Booking was easy, she answered all our questions leading into the trip and put our minds at ease. The resort was as expected and our kids had a great time.   • "We had a really great experience booking with Jessica. She was ver knowledgeable, reliable, and communicative. We booked an awesome trip to Mexico and were really looking forward to it. However, something came up and we could no longer take the trip. Jessica had advised us to get the very inexpensive insurance of only $99 and communicated the value of doing so. Well, aren't we grateful for this recommendation. We were easily able to cancel the trip for a full refund and no fuss. It was exactly the no hassle we needed and Jessica was supportive and informative the whole way through. Anyways, we will be booking with Jessica again very soon. Highly recommend her!"

Since it is our first experience working with an agent and going to an all-inclusive, Jessica was able to book our trip and answer all our questions on time.
